MY STORY
I grew up in a military family, where integrity, accountability, and doing the right thing were not optional - they were expected. Those values continue to shape how I work today.
I started my healthcare career over 25 years ago as a receptionist, where I quickly saw how inefficient systems can pull focus away from patient care.
Over time, I advanced into leadership and compliance roles, helping teams navigate operational challenges, strengthen accountability, and improve performance. I’ve worked across the full spectrum of practice operations - from front desk workflows to complex revenue cycle and compliance issues.
That hands-on experience gives me a practical understanding of what actually works - and what gets in the way.
WHY I DO THIS WORK
I’ve seen how easily practices can become overwhelmed by inefficiencies, compliance pressures, and revenue challenges.
I also know that when operations run smoothly, everything changes - staff are more confident, providers are less burdened, and patients receive better care.
